Deposit of 50% is payable upon booking.
Balance to be received one week prior to booking by Credit Card, Direct Deposit or Cheque.
Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations / no-shows, unless property can be re-let for the same duration.
A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.
All losses, breakages or damage must be replaced, paid for, or made good to the satisfaction of the owner/agent.
No responsibility is taken for tenants' personal property left on the premises.
All reservations are subject to owner's approval.
Reservation may be cancelled by the owner at any time including reservations with deposits in place.
(Every reasonable endeavor  will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.)
Tenants agree not to create any nuisance or do any acts to annoy others.
Prices are subject to change.
No smoking in the property.
No pets.
Check in 3pm. Check out 10am.
Late checkouts are equivalent to one day's rent.
